II. Bids
A. Districtwide – Wall-Mount Heat Pumps
Discussion and possible action to approve bid for wall-mount heat pumps in portables
throughout the District for a bid amount of $383,400.00. The current pumps require a refrigerant that
will soon be obsolete. The new heat pumps will improve ventilation and will be more energy efficient.

Discussion and possible action to approve a pioneering agreement with Herriman City for
roadway on 5600 West Street contiguous to the new middle school property in Herriman.

Discussion on revisions to Policy DE 502 Volunteer Services to revise the administrative policy
guidelines for volunteers in Jordan School District schools.

A. Student Appeals
In the event the appeals are not completed in the Closed Session preceding the Board Meeting, the Board of Education will return to a Closed Session to complete its deliberation. At the end of the Closed Session, the Board will return to the regular Board Meeting to take action regarding the appeals.
