- Public Notice is given that the Smithfield City Tree Committee will meet in a regularly scheduled meeting in the Upstairs Conference Room at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah on Tuesday, November 1, 2022. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. 1. Tree Inventory - Tree Management Plan for Tree City USA update - Jeff, Preston Colver (Hyrum). 2. Review requests to remove trees along city streets. 3. New tree care, water, mulch, sunburn and pruning. 4. Healthy tree tips to the City Manager. 5. Inflation Reduction Act Grants for urban forests. 6. Tree care training for city staff, January - February - Mair, Morgan, Amber Preston 7. Other Business Next Meeting, Tuesday, January 3, 2023
