Description/Agenda
Pursuant to the terms and provisions of Section 52-4-6 of the Open and Public Meetings Law of the State of Utah, contained in Title 52, Chapter 4, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, Shade Tree & Beautification Commission, a citizen advisory board appointed by Murray City, hereby gives notice of a meeting of the members, of the Shade Tree & Beautification Commission, which meeting be open to the public, to be held Tuesday, November 1st at 8:30 am at the office of Murray City Power, 153 West 4800 South; Murray, Utah.
The agenda to be considered by, the Commission at such meeting is as follows:
Item #1- Approve 2023 Shade Tree Meeting dates
Item #2-Finalize plans for the Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)
