Description/Agenda: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Thursday, November 10, 2022, a public hearing will be held at 6:30 p.m. (or as soon as practical thereafter) by the Willard City Council to accept public comment to consider a proposal by the Willard City Council to apply for a conditional use permit with Box Elder County, the Box Elder County Commission and the Box Elder Planning Commission to permit property owned by Willard City to be mined for gravel. Information on the proposal can found on the City's webpage for the proposal at the following link: WillardCity.com All persons interested and present will be given an opportunity to be heard in this matter.
