PUBLIC NOTICE Canyon Land Improvement District Board of Trustees Meeting November 8, 2022 10:00 a.m. Prevailing Utah Time The Board of Trustees of the Canyon Land Improvement District (the 'District') will hold Public Hearing on Tentative Budget and Adoption of Final Budget for Fiscal Year 2023 and meet in public session to hold its Board Meeting on November 8, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Prevailing Utah Time (9:00 a.m. Prevailing Pacific Time). Pursuant to UTAH CODE ANN. § 52-4-207(5)(a)(i) the Chair of the Board of Trustees has determined that COVID-19 continues to present a substantial risk to the health of in-person meeting attendees, therefore, NO ANCHOR LOCATION is provided. The meeting will be held electronically in accordance with the authorization set forth in Resolution No. CLID 2007-3. To attend the meeting, please follow the Meeting Call-In Instructions below. The public is welcome to attend the Board Meeting and Hearing and give oral comment on the budget, including the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any item in the tentative budget. The tentative budget is available for public inspection by contacting Clerk Jenni Johnson PO Box 410197 Big Water UT 84741 or emailing canyonlandid@gmail.com. Following the public hearing, the board of trustees will review and adopt a final budget for the District for Fiscal Year 2023.
