- Public Notice to Elwood Town Citizens PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Elwood Town Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on November 1, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at the Elwood Town Hall, 5235 West 8800 North, regarding the ordinance enacting a code of ordinance for Elwood town; amending, restating, codifying and compiling certain existing general ordinances of the town dealing with subjects embraced in such code of ordinance; and establishing an effective date for those changes. The ordinance is available at the Town Hall for review. All interested citizens are invited to attend at the Elwood Town Hall, 5235 West 8800 North.
