- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Administrative Control Board of Wasatch Integrated Waste Management District will hold a public hearing on November 2, 2022 for the purpose of hearing comments on: Proposed changes to the fee schedule: - The Small Load Flat Fee will apply to loads with a gross weight less than 10,000 lbs. Currently the Small Load Flat Fee is $10 and applies to cars, standard pickups, and single axle trailers. - Reduction in the tip fee for Commercial Co-Mingled Recyclable Material from $50 per ton to $30 per ton. The Commercial Co-Mingled Recyclable Material fee is effective immediately. The Small Load Flat Fee will become effective January 1, 2023. The Public Hearing will be held on November 2, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at the Material Recovery and Transfer Facility Education room, 3404 North 650 East, Layton, Utah 84041. This notice is hereby provided in accordance with the provisions of the 'Uniform Fiscal Procedures for Local Districts' and Utah Code Sections 17B-1-643 and 17B-1-609.
