Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING Notice of Public Hearing on November 9, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. to be held at the Salem City Office, located at 30 West 100 South, Salem, to consider a Zone Change Request. TO ALL CITIZENS OF SALEM CITY, UTAH COUNTY, UTAH You and each of you are hereby notified that the Planning & Zoning Commission of Salem City has appointed the time of 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 for the purpose of a public hearing to consider a request from Central Utah Water Conservancy District for a zone change on approximately 15.10 acres of property located at approximately 1280 S 1700 E from A-1 (agriculture) to P-F (public facility). All public is invited to attend this hearing and be heard in regards to the proposed zone change. Jeffrey Nielson, City Recorder
