PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.

2. Annexation
A. GWC 320 ANNEXATION. Acceptance of the proposed GWC 320 Annexation for further study. The proposed annexation is approximately 320 acres located at 1400 West 3800 North.
3. Site Plan
A. LEAP AHEAD CHILDCARE. The applicant requests to amend an easement condition of the Site Plan approval in order to allow for the conversion of the existing building into a Child Care Center on the site located at 2000 North 300 West.
B. MOUNTAIN COUNTRY FOODS PLANT 1 ADDITION. The proposal involves further industrial development of a parcel located at 1823 North 200 West.
C. MOUNTAIN COUNTRY FOODS PLANT 3. The proposal involves industrial development of a site located at 1826 North 300 West.
