- This meeting will convene as a public meeting, but then will be moved into a closed meeting - Utah Code 52-4-205 (1) (c) Holding a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. If time allows - The closed meeting will move back into an open meeting/work meeting for the City Council and Planning Commission to work on the Subdivision Ordinance.
