The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. 1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 2. ROLL CALL 3. SAFETY SECONDS 4. PUBLIC COMMENT 5. PLANNING COMMISSION (RE)APPOINTMENTS. Consideration and possible approval of the reappointment of Chris Wood, Erroll Holt and Dave Black to the Planning Commission for 3 year terms. CONSENT AGENDA 6. MINUTES for 10/12/2022 7. LEASE AND AGREEMENT. Consideration and possible approval of a parking lot lease and agreement between Price City and Chris Justice. 8. BUSINESS LICENSE: Business license for Local Landscaping, LLC at 350 N 250 E for Andrea Howa. Business license for Beyond City Limits at 38 E Main for Mike and Valerie Johnson. Business license for Envy Rentals, LLC at 357 E 300 N for Nikki Vasquez. 9. HYLAND SOFTWARE AGREEMENT - Consideration and possible approval of the Hyland OnBase Document Management System agreement changing the date of the annual maintenance. 10. CITY AUDIT - Consideration and possible approval of an agreement with Larson & Company for financial and single audit services for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2022. 11. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
