- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Council will hold a work session meeting at 6:00 p.m. to be followed by a regular City Council meeting on the 27th day of July 2011 at the Garland City Civic Center. Such meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs.
