- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, at 1979 West 1900 South to discuss the following matters: General Plan Amendment - Trails Edge North PRD: Request by Mark Sandberg for an amendment to the General Plan, to allow for a Planned Residential Development (PRD) at approximately 3200 W 700 S - 186 units on 20.73 acres, currently zoned A-1, R-1 and R-2. Commercial Site Plan - Walmart Fuel Station: Request by Matt Smith of Walmart Stores Inc. for a Service Building/Fuel Station on the Walmart premises at approximately 2228 W 1700 S in the General Commercial (GC) Zone. Text Amendment - Proposed amendment to Syracuse City Code, sections 5 and 10, regarding business license regulations.
