Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Section 11-36a, Washington City hereby gives notice of the intent to create a new Impact Fee Analysis/Facilities Plan for Water Utility in accordance to the requirements of the State of Utah. The Impact Fee Service Area for this analysis includes the entire city limits and future annexation areas.
