6:00 PM REGULAR SESSION - Meeting was held virtually on Zoom
In attendance: Kena Mathews, Gary LeDoux, Steven Downs, Margaret Black, Karen McCandless, David Moulton, Reed Farnsworth,Jayna Bauer, LaNae Millett, Jeff Lambson, Sunday Merservy, Linda Parkinson, Cinzia Noble, and Mark Seastrand.
12:15 Kena Mathews welcomed everyone and meeting attendees introduced themselves.
14:52 Minutes from the May 9, 2002 meeting were approved unanimously. Jayna Bauer made a motion to approve the minutes. Margaret Black seconded.
15:39 Gary LeDoux gave an update on the Neighborhood Improvement Team and answered questions.
33:30 Kena Mathews gave an update on two program ideas for the matching grant funds, asked for suggestions, and answered questions.
42:46 Steven Downs presented the new proposed target neighborhoods for CDBG eligibility and answered questions.
57:50 Commission members, Council representatives, and staff discussed possible members to replace Jayna Bauer, better ways to communicate with their district residents, provided resources, and shared resident concerns.
