EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Eagle Mountain City Council will hold public hearings on November 1, 2022, at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following items: - An amendment to EMMC 17.80.080 Off-premises Ladder Signs. The proposed amendment makes changes to sign inserts, sign ownership, and billing and payments. - An amendment to EMMC 17.15.030 Planning Commission - Organization. The proposed amendment clarifies the appointment process. - Scarlet Ridge Phase A, Plat 1 Recorded Plat Amendment. The amendment to the plat includes a vacation of lots 127-138, 141-144, and Taylee Lane, combining those into a single lot. Utah County Parcels 66:892:0127 - 66:892:0138, 66:892:0141 - 66:892:0144, and 66:892:0154. Materials for the public hearing item may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the City website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS. If you need a special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please call the City Recorder's Office at 801.789.6610.
