WEST VALLEY CITY CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a study meeting to be held in the Multi-Purpose Room on October 25, 2022 and November 1, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. and a public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers on November 15, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. These City Council meetings will be held at West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Boulevard, to discuss: Application #GPZ-8-2022, filed by Bryan and Chantel Bradford To amend the General Plan of West Valley City by reclassifying the following described property from Large Lot Residential (2 to 3 units/acre) to Low Density Residential (3 to 4 units/acre) and a zone change from A (Agriculture, minimum lot size 1/2 acre) to R-1-8 (Single Unit Dwelling Residential, minimum lot size 8,000 square feet). The property is located at 3816 South 3200 West on 0.69 acres. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and give written or oral comments. DATED this 20th day of October 2022.
