NOTICE AND AGENDA OF REGULAR FAIRVIEW CITY COUNCIL MEETING & PUBLIC HEARING 7:30 p.m. Thursday, October 22, 2022 Fairview City Hall 85 South State Street Fairview, Utah 84629 Notice is hereby given that Fairview City Council will hold its regular City Council Meeting and hold a Public Hearing on the 22nd of October 2022, at the Fairview City Hall, 85 South State Street, Fairview, Utah, which meeting shall begin at 7:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Mayor Brad Welch 2. Invocation/Pledge of Allegiance - Councilman Matt Sorensen 3. Approval of Minutes from Previous Meeting(s) 4. Open Meeting for Public Hearing: a. Citizens Input for Input for Consideration of Increasing Power Rate Charge-- The proposed change will affect usage over 550 kWh and increase service charge b.
