Opening Motions Excused: Motion to begin meeting: Second: Motion to approve September meeting minutes: Second: Introduce Members of the Public Mary Ann Kirk (formerly of the Murray Historic Preservation Advisory Board) Jenny Sumsion (attended our September meeting) Monthly Subcommittee Check-in Reports 1. Conduct subcommittee monthly check-in reports from subcommittee heads: Preservation (Chris Schow) 1. Update on Old Town Hall restoration project. 2. Assign new head of the cemetery project. Archives (Jeanne) Next inventory session TBD. History & Publications (Laurel Cunningham) Update on publications projects (Volume I, republication of 'By These Hands' book). Community Outreach (Denise Trickler) Any upcoming events or projects? Other Business Items 1. Hear which projects Mary Ann Kirk and Jenny Sumsion would like to join. 2. Update on Main Street issues. (Laurel) 3. Discuss our November and December meeting schdedules. Convert our November meeting into an Old Town Hall Christmas decorating day as last year (Saturday, November 26 instead of Thursday, November 23)? December meeting is scheduled for Thursday, December 22. Adjourn meeting and begin Heritage Festival Post-Mortem Meeting What should Heritage Festival start, stop, or continue doing for next year? Next PGHPC meeting: Thursday, November 23, 7 PM
