- Public Notice NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONTRACT WITH A CONSULTANT TO PREPARE AND THEN TO PREPARE IMPACT FEE ANALYSES Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Section 11-36a-503, this notice is hereby given that Hildale City intends to contract to prepare and then prepare a culinary water impact fee analysis according to the requirements of the State of Utah. The impact fee service area for this analysis includes the entire city limits. DATED this 19th day of October, 2022.
