Martain Don Despain Barbara Cameron NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING BIG COTTONWOOD CANYON IMPROVEMENT DISTICT PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Big Cottonwood Canyon Improvement District will hold a Regular Meeting at the District Office, 8021 Brighton Loop Road, Thursday, October 20th, 2022, beginning at 6:00 p.m. The proposed agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve Minutes of the Q2 2022 Meeting of the Board of Trustees held August 4th, 2022. 2. Review Third Quarter 2022 Financial Statements. 3. Processing Fee Status. 4. Proposed Budget 2023. 5. Solitude Mainline Reorientation, Brighton's Snake Creek Project. 6. Pacificorp Conduit Project. 7. Infrastructure Maintenance Update. 8. Organizational Reformatting Update. 9.
