- SUMMARY OF ADOPTION OF ANNABELLA TOWN ORDINANCE 2022-08 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 13, 2022 the Annabella Town Council adopted Ordinance 2022-08 establishing a transient room tax not to exceed 1% on charges for tourist home, hotel, hotel, motel, or trailer court accommodations and services that are regularly rented for less than 30 consecutive days. The Ordinance shall become effective upon publication of this summary.
