- Notice is hereby given that the Central Valley Town Council will meet on, Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at the Central Valley Community Center, 50 West Center Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows. The order of business may be changed as time permits. 1. Meeting Called to Order; Roll Call; Pledge of Allegiance; Invocation; Opening Remarks 2. Approval of Minutes: September 21, 2022 3. Review and Approval of Monthly Expenditures: September 2022 4. Scott Thomsen: Halloween Display 5. Discussion and Approval: Resolution 2022-003: Adoption of Central Valley Town Budget and Certified Tax Rate 6. Discussion to Appoint and Approve: Resolution 2022-004: Appoint a Code/Zoning Enforcement Officer for Central Valley Town 7. Discussion and Approval of Resolution 2022-005: Appoint an Attorney for Central Valley Town 8. Discussion and Approval: Ordinance 2011-005 Amended October 2022 9. Department Concerns and Council Member Reports 10. Adjournment Posted October 18th 2022.
