NOTICE OF HIGHLAND CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING The Highland City Council will hold a public hearing on November 1, 2022 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following: - Highland City Staff is proposing an amendment to several sections of the Development Code relating to regulating daycares, preschools, and in-home instruction (dance, swimming, art classes, etc.) in residential zones. - Highland City Staff is proposing an amendment to Section 5-9-107 Underground Utilities and Sanitary Sewer relating to sewer lift stations. - Highland City Staff is proposing an amendment to Section 3-621 Park or Planter Strips to clarify that the maintenance is the responsibility of the adjacent property owner.
