LEHI CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On October 27, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi City Council Chambers located at 153 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items: Public hearing and recommendation of Samuel Baker's request for review of the Baker Zone Change, changing the zoning from A-1 (agriculture) to RA-1 (residential/agriculture) on approximately 1-acre located at 818 West 1220 North. Public hearing and consideration of Smartlink's request for approval of a rooftop antenna for AT&T located at 123 North Center Street. Public hearing and recommendation of Chris Bick's request for review of the Ken Garff Porsche Development Code Amendment to Chapter 24 allowing the parking expansion for a legal nonconforming use. Public hearing and consideration of Lehi City's request for conditional use approval of the Strata Network Storage Containers located at approximately 1300 South 1100 West. Public hearing and consideration of Stack Storage's request for review of the Lehi & Chapel Ridge Self Storage concept plan located at 2651 West Chapel Ridge Road in the Highway Commercial district of the Traverse Mountain Area Plan and requesting two exceptions to requirements of the Urban Tech Mixed-use design district.
