PUBLIC HEARING for LOT LINE VACATION for 250 & 268 DEER TRAIL. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Commission will hear public comments on the proposed lot line vacation (plat amendment) at 250 & 268 Deer Trail. Comments are limited to three minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk at nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov no later than 4:30 pm October 17, 2022. 2. LOT LINE VACATION DECISION for 250 & 268 DEER TRAIL. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Commission will make a decision on the proposed lot line vacation (plat amendment) at 250 & 268 Deer Trail. 3. PUBLIC HEARING for ZONE AMENDMENT/GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT FOR 321 WEST SPRUCE STREET. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Commission will hear public comments on the proposed zone amendment/General Plan amendment for 321 West Spruce. Comments are limited to three minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk at nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov no later than 4:30 pm October 17, 2022. 4. RECOMMENDATION TO TOWN COUNCIL FOR 321 WEST SPRUCE STREET FOR A ZONE AMENDEMENT/GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Commission will make a recommendation to the Town Council regarding the proposed Zone Amendment / General Plan Amendment for 321 West Spruce Street. G. ADJOURNMENT
