- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular council meeting on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said public hearings shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The City Council shall receive public input, then consider for possible adoption of resolution appointing a representative to the Cache Mosquito Abatement District.
