NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on October 27, 2022, to receive public comment on a request by Bruce Bastian, representing Royale Senior Estates Holding, LLC, for a development agreement, land use map amendment, and zoning map amendment, known as the Royale Estate & Cottages Development Agreement and Land Use and Zoning Map Amendments, located at approximately 12430 S. 700 E., for the purpose of developing a senior mansion home and three single-family residences.
