Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee Notice & Agenda The regularly scheduled meeting of the Wales Town Planning and Zoning Committee will be held at 7:00 PM, 18 October 2022, at the Wales Town Hall, located at 150 N State Street The meeting agenda is as follows: 1. Meeting call to order 2. Roll call 3. Approve minutes of meeting held on 20 September 2022 Approve minutes of meeting held on 27 September 2022 4. Petitions and Communications : none 5. Business: - Water Resource and System Analysis - Lynn Wall - Proposed Land Use Revision discussion - Land Use Revision Recommendation from P/Z Committee - Master Road Plan Map discussion - Master Road Plan Map Recommendation from P/Z Committee - Format and procedure for conducting P/Z Committee meetings 6. Adjourn ***If you have business or questions that need to be addressed by the Wales Town Planning and Zoning Committee please contact Lee Fox at 436-9634. In order to be added to the agenda, please call at least one Week prior to the meeting held on the third Tuesday of each month.
