NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Providence City Code Amendment Providence City Citizens, Please take notice that the Providence City Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing to discuss a proposed amendment to City Code 10-4-1 Zoning Districts Established. Amendment is seeking to change the names and abbreviations of the district zones to be more consistent with the current common terms and standards used by the County and other like municipalities. For information about what changes are being requested please contact the Providence City Offices at 164 N Gateway Dr or by phone at 435-752-9441 DATE: October 26th, 2022 TIME: 6:00 PM LOCATION: 164 N GATEWAY DR. The purpose of the public hearing is to provide an opportunity for anyone interested to comment before any action is taken.
