NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and at 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, in the Lindon City Center, 100 North State Street, Lindon, UT, to consider the following items:
An amendment to the Lindon City Municipal Code sections 18.02 and 18.03 - to allow for electronic and mechanical message center signs. To adopt allowable zoning districts for electronic and mechanical electronic message center signs as well as related standard regulations and definitions. Application is made by Lindon City.
All interested parties are invited to attend and present oral and/or written comment regarding this petition. Interested parties are encouraged to provide written testimony prior to the meeting at planningdept@lindoncity.org. Anyone interested can view the meeting through a live broadcast at www.youtube.com/LindonCity
