NOTICE OF AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Wellington will hold a regular City Council Meeting on Thursday, October 13, 2022, at 150 West Main Wellington, Utah. The meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 pm as a Regular Meeting and the agenda shall be as follows: 1. Public Comment Period 2. Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call, and Approval of Previous City Council Minutes 3. Resolution 2022-09 - A resolution establishing a new Wellington City Fee Schedule for the Regulation and Operations of the Cemetery owned and maintained by Wellington City 4. Resolution 2022-10 - A Resolution establishing a new Wellington City Fee Schedule for use of Wellington City Facilities 5. Ordinance 2022-07 - A resolution establishing a new Wellington City Fee Schedule for Water and Sewer Connection Fee 6. Wellington City Police Department Interview Update and Recommendation 7. Pro tempore Mayor selection 8. Executive Session to Discuss the Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual. 9. Adjourn Posted October 12, 2022.
