- EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will hold public hearings on October 25, 2022, at 6:30 PM or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning the following items: - An amendment to Eagle Mountain Municipal Code Chapter 17.80.080 Off-premises Ladder Signs regarding sign inserts, sign ownership, and billing and payment; - John Hancock Academy Site Plan, located at the intersection of Scarlet Road and Liam Lane on approximately 8.96 acres of land zoned RD2 within the Scarlet Ridge Estates master development area, parcels 66:892:0127-0138 and 66:892:0141-0144; - America First Credit Union Site Plan, located at 4195 N Pony Express Parkway in the Marketplace at Eagle Mountain development, parcel 67:122:0005; and - Harmony A-14 Preliminary Plat and Site Plan, a 39 single-family lot subdivision in the Harmony master development area, parcel 59:045:0143. Materials for the public hearing items may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the City website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS. If you need a special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please call the City Recorder's Office at 801.789.6610.
