Public hearing and recommendation of Wesley Gurney's request for review of the Gurney zone change from TH-5 (transitional holding) to Light Industrial on 1.84-acres located at approximately 1735 North Boston Street. 3.4. Public hearing and recommendation of Daniel Phillips' request for review of the Good and the Beautiful general plan amendment on 9-acres of property located at 700 South Mill Pond Road changing the land use designation from Mixed Use to Heavy Commercial. 3.5. Public hearing and recommendation of Daniel Phillips' request for review of the Good and the Beautiful concept, a commercial building located at approximately 700 South Mill Pond Road. 3.6. Public hearing and consideration of Bastian Homes' request for approval of a conditional use permit for the Owen duplex located at 984 North 500 West in the R-2 (medium density residential) zone. 3.7. Recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of Development Code amendments pertaining to the Mixed-Use zone: Chapter 5, Chapter 15, Table of Uses, and Table of Bulk and Intensity. (Tabled from the July 14, 2022 meeting) 3.8. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of Development Code amendments to Table 37.080 adding parking requirements for residential clubhouses. 3.9. Discussion of the proposed Thanksgiving Point Area Plan Amendment. 4. City Business 5. Adjournment
