Description/Agenda: Notice of PUBLIC HEARING Rich County Variance Board The Rich County Board of Adjustments will hold a public hearing on a variance request submitted by Curtis Moldenhauer to encroach on front and rear setbacks by 10' to be able to build a garage. The meeting will be held: Wednesday, October 19th, 2022, 1:00 pm at the property located at: 1335 W. Swan Creek Spring Dr. Garden City Ut. The complete application may be viewed at the Bear Lake Regional Commission during regular business hours. The Bear Lake Regional Commission is located at the following address: 69 N. Paradise Pkwy Building B. Garden City, Ut. 84028 Staff can be reached for questions at 435-946-2198.
