- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on September 27, 2022, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2022-09-43 which approved an amendment to Subsection 17.7.503 of the American Fork City Code related to Planned Unit Developments - Conservation Subdivision Projects. The amendment deals with the minimum size for corner lots with the PR-3.0 zone to allow for single-family detached structures to be placed on corner lots and not just semi-detached duplex style units. The ordinance is available for public inspection during normal business hours (Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) Dated this 12th day of October 2022.
