- Public Notice The Oakley City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 7:00 pm. The public hearing will be held at the Oakley City Hall. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding Final Plat of the North Star Ranch Subdivision at approximately 4450 N New Lane. Proposed subdivision includes 5 lots on 26.60 acres. Applicant is Justin and Jennifer Harding. Plat is available on Oakley City website. PLEASE NOTE: Public comment will be received during the Public Hearing section of this meeting. Please keep your comments to 3 minutes. Public comments can also be sent to stephanie@oakleycity.com prior to 12:00 p.m. the day of the meeting. These comments will be reviewed by Councilmen prior to meeting of City Council. In compliance with the Americans Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this hearing should notify the City recorder, Amy Rydalch at (435) 783-5734 at least 3 days prior to the hearing.
