Description/Agenda: Notice of Appeal Hearing October 24th, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the City of Woodland Hills Hearing Officer will hold an Appeal Hearing on October 24th, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. at the Woodland Hills City Center located at 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, UT 84653. A. Appeal- Ren and Rena Hayhurst 1335 South Eagle nest. The request is to allow a variance to the City Code Title 10-11-2B Structures over 200 square feet. A request for a variance from the required side yard abutting a road and distance from the main residence.
