- PUBLIC NOTICE Request for Proposal RFP #22-038 The City of St. George is requesting proposals for: COMMERCIAL SOLID WASTE REMOVAL All bid documents must be plainly marked with RFP #: 22-038 on the outside of a sealed envelope. Envelopes must be sent to the following location: City of St. George Attn: Purchasing Manager - RFP #22-038 175 E. 200 N. St. George, UT 84770 Proposals must either be mailed in ahead of time (preferred) or dropped off either at the front desk or via the drive through window at City Hall. Please note that any late bids for any reason will NOT be accepted. Proposals will be accepted until Thursday, November 3rd at 2:00 pm local time. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or waive any irregularity.
