Applicant - David Weekley Homes 2.b Rezone - 'Funaro Rezone,' PLZ-22-4009, a zoning change is sought for .5 acre located at 1794 West 11800 South, currently zoned as RR-22 and requesting change to R-4. Applicant - Peter Funaro 2.c Subdivision/Condominium - 'South Pasture Office Condominium,' PLZ-22-1008, located at 12523 S. Pasture Road, a proposal to combine existing lots and subdivide an existing office building into five (5) office suites or condos. Applicant - Anthony Maxfield 3. Decision Items 3.a SLR Detail Plan - 'Mountain Ridge Phase 20,' PLZ-22-8028, a final plan for a residential project.
