1. Minutes of meeting from 9/7/22 read by Judy Downs.

2. Business license application from April Turner at 2260 W 6200 N for a daycare in her home. April indicated that she would follow any and all required State guidelines/regulations to be in compliance. April has previously had a daycare and is familiar with the requirements. April will also have several individuals assisting her at the daycare.

3. Business application from Jesus Guadarrama at 6395 N 2400 W for a mechanic shop in a detached building on his property. Committee members reviewed and discussed zoning allowances/restrictions with Jesus. Zoning for that property is residential/agriculture, which does not allow for a business to reside. Mixed use zoning does not qualify for permitted uses or conditional uses. Business license was denied. Jesus inquired about the process to change the zoning.
