- SUMMARY OF ADOPTION OF RICHFIELD CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2022-27 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 13, 2022, the Mayor and City Council of Richfield adopted Ordinance 2022-27 amending the Richfield City Zoning Ordinance to include detached Accessory Dwelling Units in certain residential zones with requirements.
