- SPRINGDALE APPEAL AUTHORITY NOTICE AND AGENDA THE TOWN OF SPRINGDALE ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING OFFICER HAS ISSUED A WRITTEN DECISION CONCERNING THE ITEM BELOW. THIS DECISION WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN A PUBLIC MEETING ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 12 2022 AT 4:00 PM AT THE CANYON COMMUNITY CENTER, 126 LION BOULEVARD, SPRINGDALE, UTAH A. Issuance of Written Decision: 1. The Town of Springdale requests a variance from section 10-15B-9 which prohibits disturbance of natural slopes 30% in grade or greater for the purpose of making sidewalk and parking improvements within the Lion Boulevard right-of-way south of 126 Lion Boulevard. B. Adjourn
