PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a public hearing at the St. George City offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, commencing at 5:00 pm to consider the following: The City of St. George is requesting to adopt the Downtown Area Plan which will serve as a vision document for our downtown. Case No. 2022-GPA-009 A request for a zone change amendment for the Desert Color PD (Planned Development). The amendment would allow the applicant to update the architectural elevations on approximately 10 buildings in Sage Haven Phases 10 & 11. The proposed buildings are located generally north and east of the intersection of Owen Dr. and Jasper Ridge Dr. The applicant is Desert Color St. George, LLC and the representative is Bob Hermandson. The project is known as Visionary Sage Haven Phases 10 & 11. Case No. 2022-ZCA-043 Reasonable Accommodation: The City of St George will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
