NOTICE TO BID Notice is hereby given that the Delta, Sutherland, Oasis Cemetery Maintenance District is accepting bids for the removal of four older extra-large trees and stump removal at the Oasis cemetery and the trimming of all trees at the Delta cemetery as well as disposal of all debris at both sites. Interested qualified individuals must be licensed and insured and are invited to submit their bid to Delta, Sutherland, Oasis Cemetery Maintenance District | c/o Carol Meinhardt | 4565 West 1500 North | Delta Utah 84624. Bids will be accepted until October 31. The Delta, Sutherland, Oasis Cemetery Maintenance District Board Members will evaluate the submittals and a selection will then be made, at which time the individual with the accepted bid will be contacted. Delta, Sutherland, Oasis Cemetery Maintenance District reserves the right to reject any and all BIDS and hereby notifies all Bidders that it will not discriminate on the grounds of race, creed, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, marital status, sexual orientation, political affiliation or belief or the Law Against Discrimination or the Americans with Disabilities Act.
