- CITY OF OREM PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING 56 North State Street, Orem, Utah October 19, 2022 This meeting may be held electronically to allow a Commission member to participate. 4:00 PM PRE-MEETING - AGENDA REVIEW, CITY COUNCIL CONFERENCE ROOM, 56 NORTH STATE STREET, OREM, UT 4:30 PM REGULAR SESSION - CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. INVOCATION/INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHT: BY INVITATION 3. 4:30 PM SCHEDULED ITEMS 3.1 PRELIMINARY PLAT - Approving the preliminary and final plat for The Concord Plat A, located generally at 507 N 400 W in the R6.5 zone. 3.2 PUBLIC HEARING - Vacating lot 1 of Pearhollow Estates Plat D and Lot 2 of Jensen Cove Subdivision Plat A and approving Pearhollow Estates Plat E, located generally at 549 W 880 S, in the R12 zone. 3.3 PUBLIC HEARING - Vacating a portion of Lot 9 and all of Lot 10 of Selman Subdivision and Lot 17 of U-valde Gardens Subdivision and approving Selman Subdivision, Plat B located generally at 385 North 200 East in the R8 zone. 3.4 PUBLIC HEARING - Amending Appendix G of the Orem City General Plan pertaining to Orem Parks, Recreation, Trails, and Open Space Master Plan; Map 6 - Proposed Trails and Bike Lanes. 4. MINUTES REVIEW AND APPROVAL 4.1 Review and approve the meeting minutes from October 5, 2022. 5. ADJOURN 5.1 Next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 2, 2022
