- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on September 13, 2022, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2022-09-41 which approved the amendment to subsection 17.7.502(G)(3) of the American Fork City Code related to Planned Commercial Development Projects - Flexible Lot Projects related to the average lot size. The ordinance is available for public inspection during normal business hours (Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) Dated this 6th day of October 2022.
