- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on September 13, 2022, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2022-09-36 which approved the disbursement of PARC Tax revenue in the amount of $5,579.00 for the completion of the Hunter Park playground. The ordinance is available for public inspection during normal business hours (Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) Dated this 6th day of October 2022.
