- PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sigurd Town Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 19th, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at the Sigurd Town Hall located at 595 North State Stree, Sigurd, Utah, to accept comments concerning the proposed annexation of real property owned by Jerome Black, Kathleen Black, and Andrew Thoma Black; and located within the areas of the annexable territory for future expansion defined by Sigurd Town. The property is located at approximately 545 S. Black Knolls Rd.. The complete legal description and the plat relating to the proposed annexation are available for review at the office of the Town Clerk, 595 North State Street, Sigurd, Utah.
