Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE GLENWOOD TOWN PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Glenwood Town Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 20, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. in the Glenwood Town Hall located at 175 East 300 North, Glenwood Utah for the purpose of accepting comments concerning a homeowner's application to amend the Glenwood Town Zoning Ordinance regarding setbacks for the addition of a covered front porch. Currently, all dwellings and accessory buildings are required to be set back a minimum distance of 25 (twenty-five) feet from the property line with covered porches included.
